1. Preamble

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of products (merchandising: t-shirts, hoodies, caps, decoration, miniatures…)
and event tickets (shows, ride-alongs, public or private events) on the Xperience Events website.
Any order implies full acceptance of these TCS.

2. Orders

Orders are placed through the website and require the creation of a customer account.

A confirmation email will be sent after each order.

Xperience Events reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for legitimate reasons
(out-of-stock product, pricing error, fraud, etc.).

3. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros, tax included.

Delivery fees depend on the weight of the products and follow La Poste’s pricing rules.

Prices may be modified at any time, but orders are charged at the price in effect at the time of validation.

4. Payment

Secure payment by credit card or PayPal.

The order is validated once payment has been confirmed.

5. Delivery and Ticket Issuance

Merchandising:

Delivery via Colissimo or Mondial Relay.

Shipping within 3 days for products in stock, or according to the conditions stated on the product page.

Transport risks are borne by the customer once the package is handed over to the carrier.

Ticketing:

Tickets are sent by email (e-ticket).

No cancellation, refund or modification is possible.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Customers have 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal for physical products only.

Tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded.

7. Guarantees

Products: legal guarantee of conformity and hidden defects.

Tickets: liability limited to the issuance and validity of the tickets.

8. Liability

Xperience Events cannot be held responsible for damages linked to the use of products or
events beyond its control (force majeure, cancellation, etc.).

9. Personal Data

In accordance with GDPR, collected data is used for order processing and customer communication.

Customers may exercise their rights of access, rectification or deletion of their data.

10. Applicable Law and Disputes

French law applies.

Competent court: the court of the registered office of Xperience Events.
