1. Preamble<\/h3>\n

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of products (merchandising: t-shirts, hoodies, caps, decoration, miniatures\u2026)
\nand event tickets (shows, ride-alongs, public or private events) on the Xperience Events website.
\nAny order implies full acceptance of these TCS.<\/p>\n

2. Orders<\/h3>\n

Orders are placed through the website and require the creation of a customer account.<\/p>\n

A confirmation email will be sent after each order.<\/p>\n

Xperience Events reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for legitimate reasons
\n(out-of-stock product, pricing error, fraud, etc.).<\/p>\n

3. Prices<\/h3>\n

Prices are indicated in euros, tax included.<\/p>\n

Delivery fees depend on the weight of the products and follow La Poste\u2019s pricing rules.<\/p>\n

Prices may be modified at any time, but orders are charged at the price in effect at the time of validation.<\/p>\n

4. Payment<\/h3>\n

Secure payment by credit card or PayPal.<\/p>\n

The order is validated once payment has been confirmed.<\/p>\n

5. Delivery and Ticket Issuance<\/h3>\n

Merchandising:<\/p>\n

Delivery via Colissimo or Mondial Relay.<\/p>\n

Shipping within 3 days for products in stock, or according to the conditions stated on the product page.<\/p>\n

Transport risks are borne by the customer once the package is handed over to the carrier.<\/p>\n

Ticketing:<\/p>\n

Tickets are sent by email (e-ticket).<\/p>\n

No cancellation, refund or modification is possible.<\/p>\n

6. Right of Withdrawal<\/h3>\n

Customers have 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal for physical products only.<\/p>\n

Tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded.<\/p>\n

7. Guarantees<\/h3>\n

Products: legal guarantee of conformity and hidden defects.<\/p>\n

Tickets: liability limited to the issuance and validity of the tickets.<\/p>\n

8. Liability<\/h3>\n

Xperience Events cannot be held responsible for damages linked to the use of products or
\nevents beyond its control (force majeure, cancellation, etc.).<\/p>\n

9. Personal Data<\/h3>\n

In accordance with GDPR, collected data is used for order processing and customer communication.<\/p>\n

Customers may exercise their rights of access, rectification or deletion of their data.<\/p>\n

10. Applicable Law and Disputes<\/h3>\n

French law applies.<\/p>\n
